Tic Tac is a 11.5 year old Wirehaired Terrier mix who was brought to the SPCA of East Tx by her disabled owner who was unable to physically or financially care for her any longer. Being a senior Tic Tac has severe dental disease and recently had a dental cleaning by SPCA ETX as well as routine bloodwork. She is in a foster home with other pets and is well mannered.
